Cruisin’ the Blogs and Member News

I hope you’re all enjoying the conference, whether it’s in person, on-line or via newsfeeds. I’m sure all the planning and hard work will pay off, and that we’ll be reading lots of happy updates as a result in the months to come.

It’s going to be a short cruise this week. I hope you’ll enjoy it with me.

Keep your good news and blogs coming to

Member News:

  • Anne Whitfield

Has self-published a short story on Smashwords and Kindle called THE RIGHT MAN. Anne made the cover and formatted the book herself and was pleased to find it was easier to do than she’d imagined.

  • Bronwyn Stuart

Came first and second in the Golden Acorn with no request but some great suggestions from the agent. Bronwyn has also had a ‘revise and resubmit’ from Carina Press.

  • Nat Hatch

Has signed with an agent after four years of hard work on submissions and months of waiting patiently for a response.

  • Rebecca Sampson and Rebecca Skrabl

Both ladies were finalists in the Maggie.

Congratulations to all our members your successes this week.
