Writing Contests

Tomorrowgirl is a short story competition for Indigenous high school girls in or from remote communities.  It was a big success in 2013, and in 2014 it asks girls to tell stories on the theme of “Big Dreams”. The stories can be true or imagined, and the winner will receive a writer’s support package with a laptop, book vouchers and membership to a writer’s association.

The stories may be shared with other remote communities, and across Australia. Click here to find out more.
