Event Announcements

Our usual Sunday post for Event Announcements will give way to breaking news this week with a post from Imelda on the winners announced at the Gala Awards Night.

Keep Up with the Breaking News at RWA 2013

Social Media Tips from Imelda

Twitter: All the contest results (and no doubt other things) will be tweeted live through the official RWA Twitter account (thank you Diane!). If you’re on Twitter and not already following, hie thee hence now and do so.

We also have a Twitter hashtag for conference tweets, which is ‪#‎RWAus13. So if you’re tweeting conf stuff, make sure to add it so that the peeps at home can follow!

Did you know that there is an official RWA Facebook page? It’s here: Again, if you haven’t already ‘liked’ it, do so now! I’ll be posting whatever I can to that page while at the conference (in between drinks and sessions).

And for those of you who aren’t on the Tweet space, there will be a post on the blog with all the contest winners the day after the awards.
