An new monthly blog post, F2F will feature registered RWA face-to-face writers’ groups from around the country.
See what other groups are doing; who they are; how do they work…maybe even find one close to you and join!
Writing is usually a solitary occupation. Romance Writers of Australia exists so we can support and encourage each other to achieve publication. There are obvious benefits in belonging to a group where the members are fellow writers of romance/women’s fiction who have understanding and empathy for the genre.
Joining a F2F support group can help motivate you to write. Members may read each other’s work, for critique and feedback; share information and industry news; work together on improving their writing craft; share the highs and lows of the writer’s profession and develop friendships.
To qualify as an RWA Group, the group coordinator must be an RWA member in good standing, and at least 50% of group members must be members of RWA.
Our first F2F post will the NSW Mid North Coast – 4 Points Author Network. Watch out!
